LEARN TO FRESHLY BAKE
Would you like to learn how to bake? Come hang out in my kitchen and learn how to make from scratch yeast breads and rolls, flaky pie crust and even cannolis. Warning! You will be put to work rolling dough until your arms fall off because the secret to a good cannoli is a paper thin shell! How about biscotti or sticky buns? This auction is to learn to make 2 items and take them home to your family. Choice of items and time commitment is up to you (if you choose a yeast item you'll be hanging out for a while but we'll have fun!). I provide the ingredients.
Requires 2 weeks' notice. Prefer Saturday mornings but am flexible. Expiration 12/21/11. Sorry, no tiramisu.
